The Masseria

The Masseria was born in 1996 after the carefully renovation of two farmhouses from 1890 and 1950 respectively, located in a 6 hectares hilly estate. Each house has been divided into four apartments and, in 2001, another cottage was added still using old bricks for architectural harmony and respecting the environment.

The Masseria is located in a hilly area and the structures are organized on several levels. In the central level are located the facilities, as the swimming pool, gym and games; the appartments ar located in a few meters upper and lower levels.

Casa Mattoni and Casa Gialla each comprise 4 apartments, Casa Nuova consists of 3 apartments and a common lounge (TV room, library, video library).
