NOTICES

• In all bathrooms there are showers (no thubs).

• The Kitchens are fully equipped.

• Linen and towels (for bath and kitchen) are disposed.

• Arrivals and departures in the periods "D" and "E" are on Saturday; exceptions must be agreed.

• Midweek cleaning on request.

• Check-in and check-out times are strictly 16:30 (check-in) and 10:30 (check-out).

PRICES

• For the appartaments they are per week. The minimum booking is 7 days in the period "D" and "E" (high season); 3 days in the other periods;

• The prices include:

a) cleaning, change of linen and bath towels at the end of the week / the stay (final cleaning); The customer agrees to leave clean and tidy the stove, oven, dishes and cookware at the end of this stay..

b) use of the free facilities listed under Facilities.

c) electricity, water, gas, VAT.

DISCOUNTS

•Sconto del 10% se l'appartamento è affittato per solo 2 persone nei 10% if the apartment is hired for only 2 people at the periods "A", "B" and "C";

•The discounts cannot be accumulated. In case of more discounts it will be applied the one that is most convenient for the custom.
